According to Griffin III, the Texans 'used' Smith and former head coach David Culley to tank. The fact that Smith and Culley are both black men rubs the former Heisman Trophy winner the wrong way.

Not sure when RGIII spoke about it, but I promise you it didn't get past SAS and First Take this morning.

Twitter also has plenty of Brian Flores v Mike McDaniels comparisons as both ended the season 9-8, but Flores started 1-7 last year and MM was 8-3 at one point.

I have nothing else to add except that means that after the 1-7 start of Flores and through the first 11 of MM, the Dolphins went 16-4

Thank you! I still don't understand how that man wasn't fired last year. Does less with more and he should be done immediately. They have so much talent and always look so unprepared, worst coaching job I've seen in a while. That ownership should open their pocketbooks to grab Sean Payton, would be a perfect fit.
