Thought that the Texans would make their NBC debut this year. Still, 3 prime time games is a definite step forward. But a night game at Philly in December is likely to be a cold one.

Since the Cowboys come into Reliant Stadium in Week 3, they'll be wearing blue for the game.

I'm pretty shocked there is no NBC game. Especially with all those great teams on the schedule.

what a enormous opening game that is for the Texans against the Colts

They have four games, I believe, that can have kickoff time changed and thus network. So it is not out of the question to have a game moved to NBC prime time.

the games already in the night slot for the 2 times the texans could potentially move up (v Denver and v Titans) are Chargers/Bengals and Packers/Patriots

brutal opening and brutal finish (weather wise) for the texans.

I don't think we will be swept by the Colts and Titans. I see a home and home split with both, and a legit chance to beat Washington as well. They will be transitioning to the new system during the first couple of weeks so it's good we got them in week 2.

damn, end the season with a sunday - thursday game. Then 2 games are a monday - sunday game.

small note...it appears that the NFL did the A&M athletic department a favor. The Cowboys-Texans game (with the Noon kickoff on Sept 26) is the same weekend as the Ags open Saturday (Sept 25).

If the Ags had been playing a night game vs. another tomato can non-conference opponent, there would have been a negative impact on attendance.

I see the Texans being favored in 9 or 10 games...

We WILL beat the redskins in week 2, we are more talented, given it's on the road, but it will only be their second week with mcnabb really at the helm, new systems and new players don' usually mesh well early in the season...

We will go into the bye week 4-2, I could see beating indy at home, but they always start the season playing well, and we just can't seem to beat them, but they are the defending super bowl losers, i like the sound of the curse being true...
