The IT Director will be responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of the Company's information technology strategy, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, AI implementation, business systems, data management, and technology vendor relationships. The IT Director will be expected to combine technical leadership with hands-on execution and will play a key role in building Kennedy's internal technology capabilities and reducing reliance on outside consultants.
Technology Strategy and Architecture
Define and lead the long-term technology vision and roadmap
Design scalable, modular, and cloud-native system architecture
Ensure platform is built for:
Product Development and Engineering Execution
Oversee IT development, QA, testing, and deployment pipelines
Cybersecurity and Risk Management
Establish and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program
Implement ongoing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and monitoring and incident response protocols
Ensure readiness for third party customers, security audits, and compliance frameworks
AI / Data Strategy and Buildout
Lead development and integration of AI-driven capabilities, including:
