Gig 'em! We're a College Station-based AI & Automation firm looking to add a few sharp engineers to our team, and given the number of talented Aggies who never want to leave B/CS, figured this was the right place to post.

The short version: We're not your typical dev shop. We sit inside our clients' businesses as their AI & automation partner figuring out what to build, building it fast, and making sure it actually ships (most AI projects never make it to production; ours do at 3x the industry rate). One week you might be in a client's conference room turning "we should do something with AI" into a real plan. The next you're heads-down shipping a copilot, an automation, or a legacy feature with a proper sprint team.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has shipped real software frontend, backend, or full stack with databases, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure)
  • Actually uses LLMs and AI coding tools to get real work done, not just to mess around
  • Can hold their own in a room with a CEO or CFO and translate "business problem" into "technical plan"
  • Is comfortable both running solo on ambiguous work and plugging into a structured sprint team
Why Frogslayer:
  • Recognized 7 years running as a Best Place to Work in Texas (Inc. & Texas Monthly)
  • Generous benefits, including company contributions to medical for you and your family
  • Flexible work environment
  • Based right here in College Station no relocation required
If this sounds like you (or someone in your Aggie network), check out the full posting and apply here: https://ats.rippling.com/frogslayer/jobs

Whoop!

Have told my brother in law to apply. He'll be graduating from UT CS this May. Happy to put you in direct contact as well if interested.

I see a post for a remote position. Is that a truly remote position? Are you needing any part time workers?

Is there a good email to send follow up questions?
