It's been awhile since I've been around, but once upon a time a single post on TexAgs' real estate forum spurred the creation of the company I co-founded back in 2017. We started off lending personal, friends, and family money and over the years we have grown into a true player in the fix and flip space. We currently have north of $100mm out and are looking to double over the coming years.
We are looking to bring on 2-3 more people in short order to help with the expansion efforts. Our office is in Houston. I'd love to fill these slots with some hungry Ags that want to come aboard on organization that is fast-paced with a fully developed support system. We have a sales trainer, lending assistants, processors and a custom-built technology stack that rivals any national player.
