I recently applied for a Client Service Manager role with Gallagher in Austin and am hoping to learn more about the team and how to best position my background.

I'm a Mays business grad with 9 years of experience in operations, client service, benefits administration, vendor coordination, and financial operations. I'm especially interested in growing in insurance and employee benefits through client service, renewals, carrier coordination, and account management.

Does it have to be Austin based or are you open to other locations? I work for a large broker that is hiring on the EB side but we are Austin, DFW, Houston right now.
