Texas, Kentucky, and Michigan. I believe Texas has reciprocity with the other two states.

My wife (also an Aggie) is a P.E. and works for an environmental consulting firm that has offices in all three states. She does Title V work in Texas. Are you recruiting for your team or are you looking to subcontract?
