Howdy! Im a recent Aggie Grad who has exhausted all options from careers fairs, career center help, resume evaluations, connections, hundreds of applications submitted and more. These are all things people instructed to me to do if I was having trouble, but to no avail. Many are telling me its the economy/inflation, etc. At this point, I would be grateful for any job opportunity and am more than willing to relocate if necessary. Any job openings in/ near DFW, Houston, Austin, Waco, San Antonio, College Station or really anywhere? Beggars cant be choosers, and since i've exhausted all options and resources, I am open and flexible to whatever I can be blessed with. Graduated with bachelors in Tech. Management, minor in Business and also have another degree in Business administration, with work experience in marketing, sales, HR, and IT Support. Thank you Aggie Family.

I recommend checking out the career pages of a handful of the major architecture/ engineering (A/E) firms in the state and seeing what positions they have open you may be interested in. Then I would prepare very targeted resume and application for the position. It seems from your post you could be trying to sell yourself as too versatile. Most employers are looking for a more focused set of skills to fill a particular role. We don't have any hybrid HR, IT, Admin entry level roles.

For example, I work for a large A/E firm, and we have very specific job categories and qualifications we're looking for, especially for entry level staff. That doesn't mean you couldn't transfer in the future. A smaller firm may have a need for someone who could cover several areas.
