This may not do what I hope it does but we are getting to a point where my husband is need of some help. He was laid off around the holidays and we really thought he would get hired on somewhere immediately but no such luck.

Unfortunately his 30 years of experience is in retail leadership so his lack of work diversity is hurting the most imo but there is nothing the man can't do. If you haven't already, I would check Amazon for a leadership position in one of their Fulfillment Centers. Your husband's experience could translate to one of their operations positions.
