Customer Impact is a leading 3rd party retail merchandising company. We have a database of thousands of field representatives who perform merchandising work in stores all over the country on behalf of our clients.

This position is an office job at our headquarters in College Station to assist the project operations teams by reviewing data from surveys completed by our field team.

The job is perfect for someone with good computer skills looking for part time work and/or a college student. Our office hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.

This position is flexible with your schedule. Ideally we would need at least partial availability 3-4 days per week minimum. Some weeks may see more hours, some fewer. If you need a minimum amount of hours per week guaranteed we can discuss that as well.


POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Quality Assurance monitoring of reports submitted by field reps
- Analyzing photos and answers of field surveys in Excel and our software platforms
- Working within the various platforms we use to manage our field team and work
- Working in a team environment to accomplish high rates of success on Retail Service projects for our customers


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Highly productive.
- Ability to stay motivated.
- Personable, comfortable, and professional on the phone and via email correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. (the majority of work done in this position is in Excel/Google Sheets)
- Adequate-to-fast typing speed.
- Detail Oriented.
- Enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn & provide input when needed.
- Wants to work hard (cannot be understated in the current environment).


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- College degree preferred but not required
- Experience with Excel/Sheets major plus



WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Casual environment in our College Station office.
- Typical work day will be between the hours of 8:30 am- 5:00 pm.
- Small business, close-knit environment with open communication among all levels of the company.
