I just got laid off. I worked for a tech company that held IP for enhanced two-phase chemistry. I was a bench-top R&D chemist (I only have a bachelors in Chemistry, minor in math).

My work experience has been centered around cannabinoid purification and general lab work. I have analytical experience with HPLC, flash chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spec. I have the skills to work in an analytical lab.

I have experience working in a GMP environment when I worked as a Production Chemist making pharmaceutical grade synthetic CBD at an industrial scale (FDA and DEA approved).

I can certainly be in a role where I am within a team or alone. I have done both in my short time since I graduated.

Posting this here because this came from left field and I am still processing it. That said I want to be proactive for my next chapter.

This is my first time going through something like this. For those who are interested I am currently in Kansas, but I do plan on moving back home to Texas (North Austin are) here shortly. I am open to pretty much anything.
