My office is looking to hire a civil/structural engineer, and I thought I might try the TexAgs community to see if anyone is interested. I'd love to have another Aggie in the office.
First, the position is in Tampa, so looking for someone in the area (or willing to relocate to the Sunshine state). Secondly, the ideal candidate would be in the 1 to 8 years experience range, and hopefully have a PE (or in the process of getting one). Our firm is one of the preeminent structural design firms, and we work on everything from high end residential to skyscraper/stadiums/etc.
In our office, the work we do is a mix of new design and forensics, so there's about an equal mix of behind the desk work and getting your hands dirty in the field.
