She was most recently a teacher and before that worked in the HR/Staffing world. The education system has become pretty wild so looking to get back to her roots.

This is the hottest recruiter job market in history. If you go on indeed or LinkedIn and search for "remote recruiter" jobs there will be thousands of jobs. No secret sauce other than applying to every job she can find. Admittedly it'll be hard since she's been out of recruiting for a while.

Maybe check out Amazon. They're hiring a ton of remote recruiters. They have recruiters called Rec 2 Rec that their only job is to recruit other recruiters. Message those folks on LinkedIn.

We have quite a few available if you look under corporate. They are all technically assigned to an office but it's remote for the foreseeable future.
