If anyone out there is looking for a FT job or has a kid looking for a full time job, I'm looking for someone who is driven, enjoys working on their own, likes driving, and enjoys being outdoors. I enjoy the mentor aspect of a business owner, and enjoy grooming the next generation of leaders. My ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn the ins and outs, is a people person, and could be interested in starting their own company in the next few years.
