I know a few people who work there and those individuals, from a personal perspective, are about as good a people as you'll find. That doesn't speak much to their business operations or culture but, fwiw.

Run from the woodlands office. Hemorrhaging good people. My neighbor said it was a cesspool.

Definitely not ran from the woodlands office (think it's based out of Houston). My experience with the College Station office has been nothing short of satisfactory.
