We're looking for a new Community Manager for our office in Odessa. This is one of our smaller offices, and you would operate mostly autonomously alongside one other employee.

You would be managing a portfolio of HOAs in the Midland/Odessa area and have the support structure of our main office back in San Antonio.

We do not necessarily expect to find someone with exact prior experience, so don't let that hold you back. Transferable skills are project management, customer service, financial management, and communication. Since this is a small office, you must be a self-starter, highly disciplined and self-accountable.

Side note, I used to manage the office building where your Odessa office is located about a decade ago when I was in commercial real estate.
