Mystery Shopping Editor Overview:
This is an entry level position in our Mystery Shopping Division that is perfect for English majors or anyone with good spelling, grammar and attention to detail. When shop reports come in, our editing team reviews the report to quality check the shop was completed at the right place, the right time, and correctly. Our editors then review the written sections of the shop evaluation and fix any spelling or grammar errors and format it in the manner our clients expect. There is interaction with the shoppers when more information or clarification is needed through both email and phone.

Retail Audits & Merchandising Team Member:
This entry level position is in our Retail Audit & Merchandising Division. It is great for someone who enjoys project work and needs some variety in their days. This position would be crucial in assisting the project managers on retail merchandising and audit programs. Duties include assisting in administrative tasks, scheduling, managing reps while they're in-field, quality checking data once it has come in, and helping with any shipping fulfillment needs (kitting and stuffing boxes with materials to send to field reps, etc.). This position would also be cross-trained to help in various areas of the company when project volumes allow.

- Casual environment in our College Station, TX office location.
- Typical work day for full time employees is between the hours of 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Mon-Fri.
