I am a class of 1998 ID graduate that spent 15 years in telecom network planning and engineering, and then made a career change into supply chain management in Oil & Gas 18 months ago. The industry downturn has led to the cancellation of the warehousing project I had been working on, and I have been laid off.

I'm open to just about anything from telecom to industrial to O&G to construction, or anything in between. I have experience in project planning and development. I'm willing to relocate or travel, and like problem solving challenges.

You should take a look at Amazon and Nike. Both are expanding and as a result have had an increase in supply chain/logistics roles. Both are actively hiring.

BQ, have you looked at any in building/DAS companies?

Might be a good to look at companies like Ampthink (Garland TX - hiring) and GlenMartin

I've seen several telco (mobility) construction/AE/SAQ firms hiring as well. If I come across more will post.
