TiCon Texas Construction Services is seeking a construction manager in the Austin area to supervise full apartment property renovations. Being a Houston based company, we are looking for a candidate that will utilize their skills and experience in subcontractor and material management to contribute to our expansion into the Austin market. Having an established local trade base is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Estimation process and budgeting support
- Communicate scope of work and expectation of quality to subcontractors
- Manage materials and schedule appropriate trades for job
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Communicate with owner/management company as the representative of TiCon Texas
