The Implementation Consultant is a critical role at TotalSource. You ensure client's solutions are implemented on-time and seamlessly transitioned to the service organization which provides HR consulting, payroll and benefits support.
General responsibilities include:
· Successful implementation of the various components of a TotalSource solution using solid functional, technical and/or project management knowledge and skills.
· Liaison between new client and internal departments including: sales, payroll, benefits, 401(k), CTS, risk management and human resources.
· Perform on-site analysis of requirements for payroll, benefits, and 401(k), using a consultative approach to ensure appropriate human resource policies, procedures, and compliance are implemented.
· Conduct on-site new hire and benefit orientations and ensure all enrollments are processed correctly.
· Effectively establish, maintain, build and manage client relationships at all levels to ensure ADP TotalSource is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies.
Experience, Skills, Academic: Qualifications
Successful Implementation Consultants at ADP TotalSource are:
· College graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Systems, Human Resources or may have related professional experience.
· Excellent management of accounts and multiple projects simultaneously.
· Passionate about understanding client's needs, providing exceptional service and resolving challenges.
· Able to overcome unforeseen obstacles/barriers by communicating effectively to attain cooperation and buy-in from both clients and internal associates.
