Does anyone have any contacts at the Budweiser plant off of 610 & I10 or Silver Eagle Distributors in Houston? I am an '09 ID grad and looking to get out of sales and into operations/supply chain/manufacturing or possibly stay in sales in the beer industry in Houston. I am applying for the Brewery Group Manager position but the online application process is, lets just say, not very good.

Long shot I know, but if you don't try for the dream job, the answer is always no.

I know the Bud plant is Union so look into their Union. I also know (not personally) that quite a few "Masons" work there. Maybe you can go that route.

Oh, forgot they were union. I was talking with MillerCoors a couple years ago and they were union, had guys that just drive forklifts and ran the pallet machine making like $25/hr. after overtime they were making more then salaried managers.

Maybe I should try Saint Arnold's or Karbach
