CAR(T) is their judging criteria for interns. Maybe for new hire interviews as well, I'm not sure. I've interned with them for 2 summers now, have not heard about a pre-employment test. Do share.

I think it's just basic math and mechanical aptitude tests from what I understand. Lasts half a day or so

The only actual test in the traditional sense that I am aware of is more for operators and technicians. Is this for experienced hire or out of school?
