I am moving to the Tulsa area directly after gradution in May as my girlfriend got a job with ConocoPhillips. Currently deciding between going to law school or getting a job. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions/connections with the job network in Tulsa. Any advice would be appreciated.

My advice in all honesty is to not follow a girlfriend to a place like bartlesville without a job. Unless you can get a job with COP there isn't going to be much going on and if she is like the other new grads I know working for Conoco, she is going to split time between Houston and Oklahoma anyway.

I am in Tulsa but grew up in Bartlesville. I too recommend to not follow your girlfriend to Bartlesville. If anything, move to Tulsa even if she is living in Bartlesville.

If you are engaged, that is a different story. But you never know what the future will hold for you two if you are just bf & gf right now, regardless of how long you have been together.
