I have a phone interview on Wednesday with a recruiter from ADP TotalSource. Does anyone have any advice or ideas as to what questions I should expect during the call?

i interviewed with them about 3 years ago so this may be of no use to you. From what i remember the questions were mainly resume, background, career goal type questions. Pretty basic. Do some research on the services they provide and be able to ask some questions about the industry and you'll be fine. Good luck!

pretty sure total source is their employee leasing segement/peo plan.

do some research on ppos and some of their competitors (paychex, administaff, companies who do it in house, etc)

im sure the $$ is good but it's a very sophisticated sales process.

i had my phone interview this morning and feel it went pretty well. the recruiter said she would forward my info on to the manager and she hopes that i will have a face-to-face interview scheduled for next wednesday. i asked the recruiter if she had any hesitations moving me forward in the interview process and she said no. i am very interested and excited about this opportunity! if anyone works with ADP TotalSource, i would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

the position i have interviewed for so far is in dallas.

interviewed in Houston this week. Met with 4 different people. Field Ride next week. looks like a great opportunity.
