Heard Popov isnt so bad, considering that all profs for the Calcs suck except for Amy Austin.

Neither one has taught 251 before, but Popov has given 47% A's throughout all his classes and Sarkar has given 25% A's (he's only taught 308).

Short answer - Take Popov.
