Does anyone have any experience with this Masters program or the MPIA? I'm considering entering in Fall 2011. Worth it? What kinds of jobs can I expect?

MPSA-You want to work for a Not For Profit Organization. If you have experience working for a city than you would be getting this to be a city manager.

MPIA-If you are wanting to work for the CIA or State Department go for it.

The MPIA program really goes all out. They have relevant speakers in every week and a lot of people with experience in the field.

The MPSA program is really what you make of it, a lot of good people, but poor course offerings.

If you are interested in international/national issues, it is a good school. If you are interested in state/local/non-profit, it is a little behind, but trying to improve.

This might be a little off, but say someone (me) wants to do the FBI. However, instead of the high speed stuff like the MPIA would help accomplish, what about white collar crime type stuff? Would someone suggest an MBA instead?

Not so much MBA, focus more on Accounting. Lots and lots of accounting.
