If you are taking a Minimester right now, what does that entail?

Online? Online only? or do you have to be in College Station right now?

I'm almost positive A&M doesn't offer any classroom minimester courses. I'm not positive about online classes though. I've never heard of anyone taking any online minimester class through A&M.

Of course, lots of other places usually offer wintermester/maymester classes (classroom / online). My maymester class through a community college lasted 2-3 weeks (History). It was pretty tough, but I definitely didn't want to sit through a semester of classes for it.

The academic calendar doesn't mention anything about minimesters, so I assume A&M doesn't offer them.

The wintermester at Blinn starts on December 18th and ends January 14th. Take a look at the academic calendar for December and January:

Traditionally A&M offers a winter and may minimester. Most of the classes are kine classes, but they do offer others like psyc 304. When registering for classes, the minimester classes do not appear in their own section. Instead, they are typically included in the spring/summer/fall resistration and the student must recognize the specific dates as being a minimester. If you plan on taking one at A&M, don't
miss any of the classes because excused
and unexcused absences are treatedthe same.
