might also be worth talking to whoever is teaching those language classes and see if they're ok with you auditing them--cut out the whole application process all together.

applying as non-degree seeking shouldnt be too difficult, and i dont think you'll have any trouble getting in.

Non-Degree seeking applications are not hard to do; the biggest thing about the process is that the school gives priority to students seeking their first degree. Therefore, space available is a big factor. Just check out the link that StringerBell provided and shoot me an e-mail if you have any questions.
