I meant detained in jail for an extended period of time under accusation of being an illegal alien when an individual isn't. Not briefly detained for questioning. Doesn't happen often, but it does/has happened and is preventable. Granted, it usually happens when one party or another is intent on acting like a jackass.

Don't forget that all they had to do was claim asylum to get in and wait for years for the court date. Nothing had to be proven, just claiming it was enough for "asylum status". One of those loopholes big enough to drive a truck through that made immigration law moot.

Every other country has figured out you can have open borders or social programs. You can't have both. They have almost universally picked social programs and have to protect their borders to keep them a float.

This is true of local news stations as well, which have gone down the toilet (as if they weren't before). In the San Antonio area, the local news talking heads and their "reporters" are terribly biased. TDS is really entrenched here in the "news" business.

Just watch the weather if I watch at all.

I have considered renting a white Ford Econoline van for a few days and putting ICE letters on the side with a small freezer with some bags of ice in the cargo hold for cover. Then cruise around Home Depots and around college campuses in San Antonio to see what happens.
