Putt putt? Those still exist?

How about 30 minutes to the coast for saltwater fishing and activities, ample freshwater fishing with nearby lakes and rivers, less than a 2 hour drive to Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus. AWESOME Symphony. Tons of history and culture.

Now, I will admit, once Hungry Jacks closed down it lost some appeal, but it still has some great local dining.

But anyone who calls Victoria an armpit is just being willfully ignorant.

So, they're not in "class" that other 30 hrs...

And, it's not the A&M system that did this, it's the Texas legislature...A&M is just following the law.

Where do you get 7 to 7? 8am to 5pm is what the article states. Everybody that goes to work has drive time, you don't get to count that as part of your working hours. I've had drive times from 8 minutes one way to close to 3 hours one way, just depended on where the jobsite was and what traffic was like. It's part of being an adult and working.

Also, a little tidbit that seems to have been ignored - professors could request to work from home as long as they did it in writing 2 weeks prior to the semester starting. I'm betting a whole lot of them failed to do something as simple as that and found themselves stuck in a corner that they walked themselves into.
