Good riddance as far as I'm concerned. She was one of Trump's worst picks due to being very pro-union and anti-right to work.

Going to assume the claims were true. If she could refute them, then she wouldn't have resigned. Since it appears she couldn't act in a professional capacity, time for someone else to take over.

She was an incredibly curious pick. Co-sponsor of the PRO Act, which was the latest in a long line of pro-labor bills designed to hamstring employers in union elections.

I guess he was throwing labor a bone since some unions endorsed him.

See ya. Maybe the new pick will finally pull back some of the Biden-era BS that we (employment lawyers) have been patiently waiting for.

She was nominated as a result of a meeting between Markwayne Mullin and Sean O'brien (IBT President) - she was a pro-union RINO.

Sonderling is quite good. I've spoken with him a few times - incredibly smart guy who is quite conservative. While on the EEOC he was about the only voice of reason. I would have preferred him as the Labor pick to begin with.

I told you so many rich powerful old white men are now simps.

They have achieved a lot in their lives, the only thing left is to get appreciation from women. That is what this group is after by selling out everyone to get a few words of praise thrown at them by women.

If men just put their foot down and said NO, then there be no woke, no DEI, no victim-playing, nothing. So they are right that men made this mess. But what they don't say is that men used women to create the mess!
