You know it's bad when NYT is reporting on ActBlue.

Back to the article. Here is the main issue is the CEO said vs what ActBlue did:

The letter from the chief executive, Regina Wallace-Jones, said ActBlue carried out "multilayered" screenings of contributions that helped "root out" those from overseas. In fact, the law firm found, some of the steps she had described were not always followed.
"This presents a substantial risk for ActBlue," the law firm, Covington & Burling, wrote in one of two memos expressing legal concerns. One memo raised the specter of a criminal investigation if prosecutors believed that ActBlue had tried to conceal facts about its efforts to prevent foreign contributions.


Federal election law prohibits foreign citizens or people who are not permanent residents from donating directly to federal candidates or political action committees. Lying to or obstructing Congress is a crime.
The memos instigated a meltdown at the highest levels of ActBlue, one of the Democratic Party's most vital financial organs.

ActBlue has been a money laundering operation since it's inception for team blue. It's primary goal is to funnel Chinese/European money into the Democrat party's coffers.

And not just the Neville Roy Singham/Soros types, but via small dollar donations;

The NGO schemes have been exposed over the past year, the question is will there be any ramifications? This is how they got Mamdami elected in NYC so they (CCP-dems) see it as a big win:

They will sacrifice ActBlue when they have the pieces in place to carry on their work. I suspect they are ready to move forward or the article from NYT would have never seen the light of day.

Democrats stopped using Sweden as an example when they realized that in Sweden - the "poorer" you are, the higher your percentage of income taxes.

If you are "poor" you use a higher percentage of government services, so you pay a higher percentage of your income in taxes. It also ensures that you have tremendous skin in the game.

So the logic is sound. Another reason the Bernie Bros stopped using Sweden as an example.

The only way to stop it is jail time for anyone that knew about it. Not just the c-suites but their management downline.

Otherwise Actblue will quickly be reincorporated and reincarnated as a mirror entity with a different name and bank account.
