Until recently our peak foreign born population era was around 1870-1910 which was around 14%.

Of course this peak era made since, we had just lost 700k mostly young child bearing year males in the civil war. Given the population at the time this would be like losing 6 million mostly young men right now.

This was far most devastating to our population than all of our other wars combined, including WW2, which is why instead of a mass depletion of population we experienced a baby boom.

Leading to our lowest foreign born population era in history, the 1960s, where less than 5% of the population was foreign born.

Two Democrat/Progressive/Marxist movement victories occurred back to back in this era to change the landscape of these numbers.

1965- Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965
1972 - Roe v Wade

Across the entire country we now sit at our highest percentage of foreign born population in history at 15%. As evidenced by percentages by state and county. Many regions of our country have 20-40% of their populations that are foreign born.

I don't label this anything and I'm not a conspiracy theorist. Most sociologists put 20% as the number where significant cultural change will happen no matter what part of the culture you are talking about. These are just the facts about where our population has been at peak foreign born levels and the cause and effect of particular public policies and geopolitical events that shifted these numbers. Obviously there are many other variables, but the ones listed are the significant turning points.
