Im just going to leave this story here.. first they steal all of our hard-earned tax dollars, now they are bringing their own state far more personal reaching problems... if you have been to Minnesota lately and you are itching or have a rash... you may want to quietly go see the local clinic

What do Somalians have to do with this?

It's a fungal condition and the article said that it antifungals appear to be working at this time.

Not a large number of people infected so far either.
