That one line is a great summary of the speech. He does a masterful job of setting sights on reindustrializing, becoming self sufficient and not dependent on enemies. He calls on the West to live up to its proud history and not to wither in forced shame and cowardice. From beginning to end this has the makings of a foundational seminal speech. Whether the other western nations have any fortitude left remains to be seen. But, it sounds like our foreign policy is to set the course and drive everyone that way. Rubio is so good in the Sec State spot. I believe we will see him make a strong run at POTUS in '28.
