I found it. It's from doge.gov, and it currently sits at $214 billion. Those numbers have always been suspect.

The problem is the DOGE team was good at finding unnecessary expenses like unutilized software licenses but none of them knew the operations of the orgs they were sent to help. The real savings aren't going to be found in waste but in bureaucratic bloat.

For years, a lot of us conservatives have pointed out things needing axed that cost $100mm here, $1.2b there, only to be told "that's just a drop in the bucket...." . Well, now we're seeing that all coming together.

We'd be so much stronger if we actually returned to truly Constitutional items/spending.
