Quote:

Twenty House Republicans joined Democrats to pass a bill reversing President Donald Trump's executive order blocking most federal unions on Thursday.

Quote:

The bill, called the Protect America's Workforce Act, is aimed at repealing a March 2025 executive order by Trump.

The final vote passed 231 to 195, with all the "no" votes coming from Republicans.

Quote:

A vote to advance the bill won support from 13 Republicans on Wednesday night, setting it up for the Thursday vote.

That number grew early on Thursday afternoon during another procedural vote to set up final passage, with 22 Republicans voting to push the bill to its final step.

To be successful, however, the measure would still have to be taken up successfully in the Senate and get signed into law by Trump.

Republicans in congress continue to be a big bag of suck. I guess we'll see if the senate shoots this down. I'm so sick of the useless republicans. It's a travesty that they are the only realistic option for conservatives to vote for against the democrats.

Are those Rs facing tough reelection campaigns in blue states for the midterms? If so, this is just for appearances. It's not going to get signed by Trump anyway if it somehow passes the Senate.

I'm glad when politicians do this.

Zero percent change this passes into law. But, it let's RINOs show their stripes.

1) Someone please dig up this collection of worthless idiots.
2) Someone else in the House please kick these worthless idiots off of all of their committees.
3) Some third person please raise some money to primary these idiots.

That is how the Dems play this game. Until we are ready to do the same, the country will continue to sink towards total loss.

Just like Obamacare.

Congress is The Party. They want their families and employees to live a different life than Americans. Have to protect the grift.
