Most young people do not pay net federal income taxes but if they are referring to FICA taxes that support the elderly, fine by me. End them. But also end need based entitlements and make corresponding cuts to income taxes.

Let the old and everybody else fend for themselves.

Actually it taxes all working age adults for social security and Medicare very roughly equally to support the increasingly aging and obese retiree population in what has become a vast generational wealth transfer that will fall apart in the next 2-3 decades, but it does tax people in their prime earning years with the greatest taxable incomes more heavily, which is Gen-X and older millenials.
