Has anybody heard of this "new" financial system? Is it true, or fake?

I've heard some people describe it as a proposal for a new financial system some IT guy had in the 90's. He tried to get Congress interested and no luck. As sometimes happens on the internet the useful idiots, kooks and shysters took it and ran with it enough to morph it into all kinds of "articles", discussions, etc. that it now shows up as a real thing with a history. Enough that some con artists refer to it in their materials for all kinds of different scams they operate. How deep down the rabbit hole do you want to go? Something with an offical looking name and acronym that has been around for awhile that ranges from the greatest things since slided bread to all kinds of conspiracy theory.

It is usually tied to scams, I have heard of fake "bonds" in the "new economic system" being sold. Not surprisingly it apparently showed up quite a bit in the Qanon cult.

I still haven't heard of it because a description of what this might be was not shared in the OP.

This is a pretty good summary. It was proposed decades ago to congress but never went anywhere, and some Internet con artist who called herself The Dove of Oneness got some conspiracy loons fired up years later around 2010. I think and it really exploded with seniors around Covid, mainly because they all discovered the Internet world.

It has some overlap with Q.

Basically a giant global or national (hence the G or N) economic reset with all debts being forgiven and a complete move to a new economic world.

ISO 20022 has caused a lot of recent scam news to flood the internet in the past two weeks. It is supposedly "proof" of the next step although followers cannot explain any of it.

I know all this because a family member has bought in hook line and sinker. This is an example of what is believed
