Yep. It seems like at some point there should be consequences for malicious prosecution since that is in essence what they are trying to do.

Wouldn't mind seeing the impeachment process abolished. Its been a partisan failure. Need something where some public participation, like 75% in favor, is also involved. Maybe even SC first has to declare something illegal was done. Or Senate has to even approve the filing. Just make it where it takes more than one house to even initiate it so you don't have the static.

Just hold process in contempt now after 1998, 2019, 2021, and going forward.
