You know? Despite her ditzy character appearances, she's actually very grounded. I have seen interviews with her and Kurt recently on how they keep together. Both were practical. Don't sweat the small stuff. Pick those battles, carefully.

I could argue with The Hubs a few times a day. I don't. Not worth it to be "right" anymore. We agree on far much more than we disagree.

Pick your battles. 'Whatever" is saying that's not the battle I want to fight. M an I made a mistake when my late FIL asked me what "Whatever" meant. I said that meant. Not worth it.

Now when I say whatever, The Hubs gets agitated.

It's sage advice. Not everything has to be fought to the death. Not sure my wife agrees, but maybe one day.

And I have always had a lot of respect for Goldie and her relationship with Kurt.

Best epitomized in the movie "Overboard"… the original as I just learned they did a remake in 2018.
