Helen Andrews has a new essay out today about the feminization of American institutions and the effect it has had and will have on society.

25 years ago when you got an email that pissed you off it wasn't uncommon to start throwing **** around the office. Normally it was a Nerf Ball or the like but men would yell at each other and throw **** to vent their frustrations. As the number of females in the office increased this behavior disappeared.

Was it a healthy release or a toxic one, I'm not sure, but it was a very masculine behavior and it's gone from the office today.

We are headed for some type of reckoning. Gen Z males are trending the opposite and eventually there is going to be some sort of "cultural collision" between the hyper woke feminists and the Gen Z bros who aren't afraid at all to be very anti-PC.

Not at my office. It is still 1960s Madmen. No female attorneys will ever be employed.

In the 90s, I was in Houston for an internship during my A&M days. Every Monday morning, there was one dude in the neighboring cubicle who would call his buddy over the office phone (no one had cell phones then) and describe in lucid detail how his weekend date went. How he managed to get the girl to come to bed, what he did to her, how she reacted, some disastrous dates etc etc.

I was among the youngest in that side of the office, my boss was born in the 1930s, there were some older ladies there and they would all roll their eyes and laugh. No one wanted to sue him.
