This highlighted part hits the nail on the head, and echos what I've said for several years. Islam needs a Reformation if it is to every peacefully exist alongside other religions. Without a Reformation, or an enlightenment period as you refer to it, Islam will continue to be a hostile religion that sets itself against the world.

I have always understood that prophecy as the final version of the Roman Empire that will ultimately attack Israel in the end times. Therefore the iron is the10 horned/headed EU and the clay is the infiltration of Islam that is guiding the final attack on Israel.
