Who runs the Truth Social account and why are they posting AI-generated Trump talking to AI-generated Lara Trump to shill magic beds?

If you're not familiar with the medbed conspiracy, it got popular among fringe Q groups a few years ago. The theory is that elites in the global cabal have access to futuristic (possibly even alien in origin) medical pods that can cure cancer, regrow limbs and reverse decades of aging, but of course they're keeping them from the public b/c they're evil.

Naturally, several enterprising grifters have set up companies that sell "quantum life force" beds to desperate loons for upwards of $20K.

The wealthy & professional athletes do have access to medical breakthroughs that are not widely available
Not to mention personal chefs athletic trainers and as much free time as they want to be the healthiest version of themselves
Maybe they do have alien technology but like nuclear power generation there is a great deal of technology that works quite well that is not being used
