I don't know the merits or legalities of his case but I do know that the NYT has been a mouthpiece for the Washington Cartel for many, many, years.

I would think that any information that Trump has in his possession about USAID funding the NYT to be germane to the case.

They were wise for doing this in Florida. There's a much better chance of a lawful court in Florida and the New Yawk Slimes get what they deserve there than in say. . .New Yawk. Actually the NY Slimes being sued for a couple trillion would be more what they deserve!

Florida also has a very good anti-SLAPP law, and their courts have said it applies to federal cases as well.

My brain tried to decode the capitalized "INTENT" as "Entertainment Intelligence". Not sure what that says about me, but I think it fits the NYT pretty well.

Funny that the comments are libs saying 'What about Free Speech?"

When they have been canceling people for YEARS when individual citizens have free speech protection, while a company cannot Slander without consequences.

They don't even understand what free speech means. It means the government can't impose laws restricting speech. It does not mean that private companies are immune to the consequences of their speech.

So much for making NY Times spend a lot of money defending this lawsuit. The complaint was so bad the judge struck it before NYT had a chance to respond.
