Maybe she'll have better luck on getting an indictment than Jeannine Pirro. She tried three times to get an indictment against Sidney Reid in an alleged assault case, and failed every time. They've now reduced the charge to a misdemeanor so they can move forward with that charge.

Oh, and with regard to Soros, it's never RICO.

Rico cases take a lot of effort. I hope this isn't just blather, but expect it is just that; tossing red meat to the fans.

I just have no reason to have confidence Bondi and he have discussed this, or will.

True. But Soros has been protected for so long, he's gotten sloppy.

Remember the caravans being organized in Central America to march through countries to illegally enter the US? The organizations doing that are directly tied to Soros' Open Society Foundation. I did a deep dive on a few of those caravan solicitors and all were receiving massive sums of money from Open Society.

It is a difficult case to build and win because you have to have the underlying pattern of criminal activity in a organized and ongoing enterprise and then make the case for all of that and tie it to the charged conspirators sufficiently. Very complex.

But it would be justice in my view and the Denocrats have already removed any previous paradigm or mutual agreement regarding use of malicious prosecution as punishment. The precedent is now very well established as legitimate politics so it should be considered.
