According to OSBI officials, the incident started shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday as a domestic call at a home near Integris Health Center. Enid police tracked the suspect's vehicle to the hospital a few minutes later.

When officers arrived at the hospital, they found the suspect parked outside the front doors. The suspect shot at police as they tried to speak with him, hitting at least one officer's vehicle.

OSBI officials said the suspect then went into the hospital and fired several shots, killing a security guard.

Enid police then went inside the hospital and fatally shot the suspect. No other injuries were reported.
