I know that Germany and Sweden have also had similar but not as bad incidents where their police forces were caught faking stats.

I spent a ton of time in Poland the last few years and believe their stats. When a rape occurs its BIG news and the locals get very angry. They act like citizens should. I feel so bad for making Polish jokes when I was a kid.
