I don't know too much about BlueSky honestly, but this made me wonder about all the social media companies most people actively use.

I can't imagine the lunatics that post on that site. I get that Twitter/X has a lot of loons too, but at least you get both sides.

I would imagine that it's not as fun for them to hate over there because unless there are some agitators on the site, and there probably are, they're all just saying the same thing.

We really need to say this correctly. It's not that Twitter under Dorsey censored the right. At best that's incomplete. They conspired with the federal government to censor the right and that's an extremely important distinction. I was genuinely ok with the censorship when we thought it was a company decision. It wasn't til we were shown conclusively that government was behind it that it became a problem.

The federal government is the root of all evil right now and we need to keep the light shining on that fact.

The basic premise of this thread shouldn't surprise us. We know for a fact that there's been significant interaction between high level people in the intelligence community and the social media companies. We know that Twitter was critical to government efforts to control the narrative and influence public opinion. We know that the western intelligence community exerts significant influence over the entire global political system. If you told me the IS foreign policy establishment effectively ran the world I don't think that would surprise me at this point. lol at the how much things have changed just since USAID was shut down. The volume of rent-a-riots is down all over the world. It stands to reason the U.S. government has been behind all of it globally. That conclusion is supported by Mike Benz and many other well informed people.

Given all of the above is it really a leap to think that when they lost control over Twitter their immediate response was to form a new platform to compete with Twitter? Hell that seems like the most logical conclusion, doesn't it? The U.S. foreign policy establishment is hostile to the American people, that's been proven. It's hostile to populist movements all over the globe.

I can't come up with a better explanation but I'm all ears.
