Thread title is a little misleading since the polling seems to only be Republicans. Was there additional polling for Democrats and independents?

While this is a point, the subtext is the campaign by the left to split Trump from his support has failed yet again despite their best efforts to craft the narrative over these issues. Proof can be found right here on this forum.

Good point. It's good to see confirmation that Rs are still generally supporting Trump. Like every election (looking at 2026), it comes down to the independent vote and how motivated the voters of the party out of power are feeling.

Did that poll end on 7/14? Would be interesting to see one that ends today. Has not been a good PR week for Trump on Epstein stuff.

Though among GOP, I'd wager its still pretty high.

With a +/- of 6 points and the period of polling being July 10-14. Trump's comments about the entire thing being fake has been in the last 3 days.

There's a good chance it will start going down soon. He's for sure down with independents.

• These polls were done from 7/10-7/14 before some of the most recent inflammatory remarks.
• Only 1,290 people surveyed, so the margin of error is +/- 2.7%.
• Republicans are split with 40 percent approving of the way the Trump administration is handling the Jeffrey Epstein files, 36 percent disapproving, and 24 percent not offering an opinion. Not overwhelming approval on this item, but it seems like most aren't going to be swayed by that one topic anyway.

What happened to LMCane? I think someone hacked his account. His posts and demeanor did a 180 12 months ago.

They have devolved at the WH press briefing to focusing on an 79 year-old mans bruised hands and slightly swollen legs. Then a reporter tried to assert that the timeline of DJT's uncle John teaching at MIT at the same time Unabomber was there doesn't match up.

The press is very very focused on the things that matter to the US citizens. Old bruised hands and whether Uncle John taught the unabomber. Quick check on the latter would seem that Trump had an uncle boozy was eaten moment, though John Trump is as interesting as his famous nephew in mini regards.

BTW - For those who like to post AI summaries, Google has this laughably wrong. I mean, very wrong.

But they seem to pickup all the headlines about dementia Trump (I am joking on the dementia for those here without sarcasm meters and senses of humor.

Lots of folks came back into the fold who left to support DeSantis then sat a bit in the skeptical category until Trump won. Its an understandable position to take, just glad to have more people realize the glory that is Trump.

Not necessary. The are benefitting from the Trump
Presidency right along with Republicans

Trump is doing the dirty work for the American People, that the Republicans & Democrats in DC didn't have the guts to do ! Close the Border and deport all the illegals, get rid of DEI, No boys in girls sports, stop transgender surgery on minors, finish the border wall, destroy Iran's nuclear program, get NATO to pay their fair share, re-balance the international trading system to male it fair for America, get rid of wasteful spending to have more money for investing on important things, bringing back manufacturing of strategic industries to the US like steel, mining rare earths, pharmaceuticals, get harmful chemicals out of our food system, making us Energy dominant to reduce inflation and become AI competitive. etc etc etc
